Exchanges, Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

The user may return or exchange products purchased on the Indigo Jewels website in accordance with the legally prescribed terms, namely under the right of withdrawal, where applicable.<\/p>\r\n

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the user has a period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product to communicate their intention to return it. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, complete, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\r\n
